Ross McCredie



Ross is the Principal of McCredie Investments a boutique investment and advisory firm focused on cutting edge real estate services and technology. Most recently Ross has occupied the role of Chief Global Strategists for Pacific Union and CEO of The Mark Company. Since taking this position the group grew from 9 billion in sales volume and number 9 in the United States to number 5 in 2018 and 14.1 Billion in sales volume. In the spring of 2018 Ross initiated and was the architect of the industry changing sale of Pacific Union & The Mark Company to Compass forming the largest independent real estate brokerage in the United States with 35 Billion plus in sales volume and 10,000 agents.

Ross founded Sotheby’s International Realty Canada in 2004 and lead the growth and strategic direction of a prestigious portfolio of global real estate companies and brands including Blueprint Global Marketing, which he established in 2007 as the preferred project marketing company for the Sotheby’s International Realty network worldwide with clients such as Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Rosewood Hotels, MGM Resorts International and JW Marriott Hotels. Over $25 billion in real estate sales were generated across both companies within their first ten years of operation.

In 2011, he co-founded Dundee 360 Real Estate Corporation, a global real estate investment, development, sales/marketing and asset management company, with projects in Croatia, Cuba, France, China, the United States, South Korea and Canada. In 2015 Ross sold his interest in both Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, Blueprint Global Marketing and Dundee 360 to Dundee Corporation.

Ross is a passionate skier, Mountain Biker, Ironman competitor, and nearly all things outdoors. He is married to Kristi and father of Jack and Ella sharing their time between Vancouver, Whistler and San Francisco.



Mr. Young has been successful across a variety of disciplines and has bought, built and sold six different enterprises across the globe. Jeff is the President of iLOOKABOUT Corp. As one of the of the original founders of iLOOKABOUT, Jeff works strategically alongside Senior Management in transforming the valuation industry. Jeff holds a degree in Economics from the Western University. He is active in and supports many local charities including; Prostate Cancer, The Unity Project, Hospice of London to name a few. Jeff is also on the Board of the Institute of Corporate Directors – Ontario Chapter.


Mr. Yeoman has provided strategic leadership as iLOOKABOUT’s Executive Chairman since June 2013. In December 2017, Gary took on the additional role as Chief Executive Officer of iLOOKABOUT. Prior to joining iLOOKABOUT, Gary served as CEO of Altus Group (TSX: "AIF"), a real estate consultancy firm that supplies software, data and analytics intelligence. During his term as CEO from 2005 to 2011, he led Altus through a 7-year growth period during which the company realized a 333% increase in revenues from $75 million to approximately $325 million. During this period, Mr. Yeoman reorganized, re-focused and directed the business expansion from 15 Canadian offices to over 65 offices with business in 64 countries, orchestrating the acquisition of 25 companies located in six different continents at an approximate cost of $250 million. As an entrepreneur in 1997, Gary created Yeoman and Associates, a full service real estate consulting firm. With a focused strategic plan and vision, Gary grew the company to approximately 35 staff and $3.8 million of EBITDA, before merging with 3 other companies to take the Altus Group public in 2005. Prior to this, Gary joined Magna International as Director of Real Estate through an eleven year period from 1986 to 1997. He participated in the strategy and led matrix teams to deliver the real estate vision of an expanded footprint from 3 million square feet to more than 30 million square feet and over 100 manufacturing plants across the globe.

Gautam Lohia, is an entrepreneur at heart with broad international experience in the digital realm. He loves building technologies, teams and partnerships. Gautam also co-founded Apply Digital 3 years ago, prior to which he played an instrumental role in growing Blast Radius from a Vancouver-based digital agency to a global marketing firm as the Chief Technology Officer and EVP of Delivery. Working closely with high-profile clients and overseeing staff worldwide, Gautam was responsible for global operations, client management and technology strategy. He also co-founded QuickMobile, an industry leader in delivering mobile event platform.
